Deer in Niagara

I was recently on a drive through the Niagara region of Ontario.  While driving along, towards the Falls, I noticed these beautiful deer just walking along a side street.  We pulled the car over and stopped so that I could shoot them. With my camera, of course!

Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World

I recently spent some time at Animal Kingdom at Disney World - I spent several hours just observing and photographing animals.  Didn't go on any rides, cause I was too fascinated by the beautiful creatures in front of me that I wouldn't normally have the chance to observe.  Here's some of my favourite shots:

A Nature Photo Walk in Florida

I visited a gorgeous park called Whispering Pines in Inverness, Florida.  It was a day that started out totally foggy, which lent itself to some very mysteriously moody photos, and then the sun came out and the shadow play with the sun and the trees and the leaves was just gorgeous.  I'll let the photos speak for themselves!

As part of a large project at the company I worked at in Florida, I did several photoshoots. The top and bottom photos in this "pop-up standee" were from my photoshoot. These were blown up into 17" fabric pieces, and were attached to this snap frame. It will be used for upcoming events that the store takes part in. This particular event was at the Clearwater Jazz Holiday, which attracted tens of thousands of people over a 4-day time span.

The photos were beautiful and vibrant and received a lot of compliments through the course of the weekend.  Below, you can see the original wrap & smoothie photo - don't you just want to sink your teeth right in?!

I'm very proud to have taken part in this project!

City and Colour at Jannus Landing

On October 3, 2013, I had the opportunity to go see City and Colour at Jannus Live in St. Petersburg, with my friends who were in town for the weekend from Toronto.  My friends are big fans of City and Colour, but I didn't know much about the band prior to the concert.  The music was great, and it's always nice to see a Canadian act here in Florida! Good times, great music, great friends!
